My room was a Beautiful Double Room Balcony and it matched the pictures perfectly. The breakfast was good and quick each morning. The terrace offered a beautiful view for dining. The location allowed easy walks to the bazaar and tram lines.
The streets near the hotel were a bit narrow and could be hectic at times.

i stayed near the grand bazaar with my aunt. the location proved unbeatable as it was a short walk to the market and historic sites. our rooms were super clean and beautifully designed, with all the modern amenities we needed (. i must mention omer and sukur as they ensured our stay was perfect.
the hill leading to the hotel proved a little steep.

the reason for visiting was my husband's birthday, and i appreciated the cake from the hotel. the staff offered helpful advice for seeing the city, including a chocolate shop. the room was clean, great for a good rest. the location was very helpful for exploring.
i booked a room without the option to cancel. i saw some concerning reviews online and i was nervous. the bathroom had a lot of grime, not nice at all.
